Key West, Florida to Bay City, MI
The SEA SCHOLAR program is an exciting STEM-based learning experience offered aboard the tall ship Appledore V as she makes the voyage from Key West, Florida to Bay City, Michigan.
SEA SCHOLAR is available to high school juniors and will begin on May 1, 2016 at the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key and continue up the eastern coast of the United States with scheduled stops at the University of North Carolina Marine Research Facility in Beaufort, North Carolina; New York City; and Niagara Falls. The experience is expected to conclude with the ship’s arrival in Bay City on or about May 30, 2016.
